Pros

It is an outside sales job therefore the days you don't ride with your manager you have the ability to run your own territory. The benefits are great. The 401K is great.

Cons

Moral is very low due to potential layoffs. The moral is low in the industry due to lack of stability in maintaining employment. Your job satisfaction depends heavily on who your District Manager is. The line of support is lacking at this point. The goals are not based on what is realistic in the teritories.

Good starting internship, but not much growth in the learning aspect after 5-6 months.

Pros

The management was very understanding of academic responsibilities. The people around were amiable and were very easy to work with. They take you step by step when they are teaching you how to do something new.

Cons

The internship did not develop that much. Eventually it got very routine and was not challenging. No increase in pay either.

Good Benefits, respectful of the employees, great training, very appreciative of their employees, they try to limit the time away from home.

Cons

Expediting ideas is tough with such a big corporation; taken away some of the creativity of doing our job. Becoming more like a Big Pharma company
