good place to work if your manager is good. salary is decent, good benefits, lots of parties.

Cons

poor interaction of higher management with middle or mid-lower employees. HR sucks.

Fairly young organization so plenty of opportunity for social interactions at work and also outside of work. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Very unclear promotion process. It was very difficult to devise a career plan for advancement when senior managment doesn't communicate the requisites.

Cons

Management has been making promises for over 4 years that they can't keep. It is not a growing company and will probably see more downsizing if they decide to continue in the US.
