      Pros

      Excellent camaradarie. The leadership (senior management team) is very inspiring. Low internal politics. The management cares about people.

      Cons

      Promotions aren't really based on merit in a lot of instances; low performing people are promoted when a lot of other hard-working, intelligent people take much longer to climb the chain. There is favoritism that can be easily discerened. Archaic unwritten practices of promotions are a negative. People in unique positions can threaten management at times to get promotion after promotion.

      Great benefits that's all. Extra time off during xxmass time is great!

      Cons

      Career growth is depending on your manager, promotions are not fair. Management team is very ignorent!. If you are lucky, your manager will help you to grow otherwise you will be stuck in the same position for a long time!
