Accessible location with decent pay, but limited growth potential

Pros

Biopharmaceutical plant located in the North of Singapore, very accessible to main island. Salary is fairly decent, much better that other biopharmaceutical companies at Tuas.

Cons

Limited products and facing patent cliff. Competitors for substitute taking up market shares of Factor VIII e.g Hemlibra. Product margin dropping and technology is old. Limited talents, too many mediocre managers, promoted based on long service and loyalty. For a small plant it doesn't create too much of value but waste.

Competitive pay and benefits, most departments are flexible about hybrid working schedule as long as a minimum days/month is met. The company truly does put patients first in every decision.

Cons

Inconsistent messaging from leadership, sometimes it feels like leadership doesn’t take any input from employees, so processes are not efficient. Processes could definitely be improved across the board.
