      Pros

      A few people are enjoyable. Commercially approved drug.

      Cons

      Site leadership is a toxic joke. Pay is very low compared to the industry. They are trying to use SAP to schedule. Idiots. Project won award but missed every milestone. Takeda is not a strong company. Layoffs are coming with their merger. Lots of people quitting.

      WFH options, cafeteria on site

      Cons

      The merger with Shire is in a terrible state. Roles and responsibilities are ambiguous at best, so no one knows who has authority to make decisions. They're flying by the seat of their pants and putting out fires as they happen. No forethought or planning at all. This may be a better company in two-three years, but definitely not right now.
