1. This is an L1 shop PERIOD! 2. For people on visa, very hard to change projects. 3. Most projects are support in nature , they work mostly on legacy systems. Customers treat this company as cost partner rather than tech partner. Hence , little chance for working on greenfield projects. 4. Very poor pay package , treatment to employees very bad. They force you into work that has nothing to do with your aspirations or tech skills. 5. Absolutely no work life balance. People have meetings early in the morning and the day does not end until 1:30 -12 in the night. Also, folks are expected to work on weekends. 6. They have no clear boundary of roles, team member has to call candidates, ask them for resume and then evaluate them by conducting interviews and then coordinate their onboarding and keep checking on their on boarding status 7. Senior management lies frequently when asked about promotion , pay hikes.

- Below average annual salary package. - No pathway to career growth, whether its promotions, pay hikes or even upgrading your technical skills. - Feeling worthless in terms of actual contribution you make to your team or even whatever software services you may be working on. - High chances of being "benched" i.e. taken off a current project and putting you in limbo till they can find you a new one. To everyone, you're still getting paid but you are earning ZERO in terms of real work experience. - Being made to feel completely dispensable/replaceable - you are just a "head" or "resource" to them for filling a quota. If you quit, 10 other desperate candidates will rush to take your place. - The worst business development managers who will treat you like trash and make you feel infantilized if you're a new graduate starting out in the industry. Awful communication skills, heavy micromanaging and overall incompetency in all aspects.
