A lot the office politics is very much prevalent over here . The pay package is not worth according to the amount of work that they make us do.

1. Toxic Work Environment 2. Official Working hours : 9hrs per day, Unofficial Working 13-15 hrs per day ( No Work Life Balance mainly in Banking Domain Projects) 3. Leads and Managers never support/help you in anyway. 4. Managers behave good in front of you and show their real face behind you by escalating every possible thing. 5. No Digital kind of work for digital guys. All the above points are my personal experiences.
