      * Decent learning platform * Good team collaboration * Job Security

      Cons

      * Work at the pace of a horse, get promoted at the pace of a snail * Mystic promotion policies - No one knows when will you be promoted including your own manager * No Sponsorship for educational programs (especially Masters) * Zero work life balance * One of the lowest paychecks in the industry. Company does billions in revenue on the backs of sleepless and high performing employees. But, denies to pay them well. * TCS Gems, TCS Employee Reward programs are a Joke! * No incentive for long term and loyal employees. On top of it, you cannot join TCS back once you resign (A Punishment for competitive edge?, horrible policy)

      Pros

      Not many. Remote work was allowed (job was advertised as such) but was made feel guilty for then doing so. Pay was ok, but not worth the stressful work environment.

      Cons

      Management would send constant rush projects over, with extremely tight and unreasonable deadlines. If job was not complete, unpaid overtime was expected.
