Your work time will be basically following client's time sometimes, you don't get to sleep and finding yourself working throughout night with no sleep and expected to perform well the next day. If you don't hail from India, and don't speak the majority language, you will be a black sheep here Leadership -> Highly bureaucratic, vertically structured organisation, where your reporting manager or team lead will be not available should you as team member need help. Everybody for themselves attitude here Appreciation -> One of the worst company I have worked for as my luck gotten me. When you manage to hit the story points, immediately the leadership talks about next story point, no single pat-on-the-back for the least. But if you missed a single sprint, that's it, 8th sin you have committed and removed from the project. Unless you hail from certain part of the world, your insurance is covered 100%, if you are from, elsewhere you have to bear 20% of the final bill with pay and claim basis Wrong company, but I love the job
