Great company to work for if you need stability.

Cons

Bad managers who don't know how to get things done. They just rely on good workers to do work for them. Sick days are reduced from 9 to only 5 this year(HR did not even notify us about the reduction), paid parental leave is simply not enough(we get 5 days baby bonding leave, managers try to reduce that to 1 or 2 by putting additional pressure on us - talks a lot about the culture). We get paid 10 to 50% of what we are being billed to customer. Not sure why annual appraisal exists.

They are unorganized so it's easy to excel if you're organized and work hard.

Cons

Even if you give your best, the company's process controls will not allow you to do your job to the best of your ability. Also, I was laid off (part of a very large RIF) and they gave me 4 weeks severance for 5 years of service, at 60 years old in a very hard employment market (same severance for those who put in 10 and 11 years service).

Pros

Base salary is good but the likelihood of closing a deal is lower. Overall income is lower with capped commission (if you close). ESG is a focus point for the company, if that’sa win I guess. Great reputation in the market on the IT side.

Cons

I can’t believe I’m saying this but there’s a relatively significant response and treatment difference between races. In my group, there’s very disengaged and collaboration gap between leadership. My group leader had zero quota carrying responsibility prior to the group and gave a false sense of confidence in the efficacy of the group. Onboarding is really pretty awful and they beg for positive reviews.
