      Overall a good company but a Bad HR and RMG group

      Pros

      Brand Name Nice Environment Good Clients Nice policies Very well secured job.

      Cons

      Worst HR and RMG i have ever met. RMG's role is to push people to some project and some work, they dont care about peoples and their interests.

      Pros

      Good employee for all work completed. I showed all possible qualities demanded for the job. I hope to get forwarded with new goals.

      Cons

      As i completed each task i felt high points as well as low points. The low points started to occr when the approach to the task was not right.

      - Great learning experience at junior as well as manager levels. - Ability to work with global top client accounts - flexibility of career advancement: I personally moved from technical roles to project and program management to business development in my 10 years at TCS

      Cons

      - Pay not the 90th percentile - brand equity seems to be lacking compared to peers like Infosys - Work life balance is no better than anywhere else in the industry
