      Pros

      Company is fair in giving opportunities to the employees for learning and growth albeit with limitations. Brand TATA definately adds weight to your CV! Good canteen and recreational facilities in most of the Mumbai offices.

      Cons

      The annual ratings are on the whims and fancies of the managers. Internal growth is limited and gradual which takes toll on the employee's career graph eventually! Company cut down on tissues in the washroom during recession, how gross..how about laying off some of the senior mgmt instead and saving crores of rupees annually!

      Pros

      ILP is the only positive in TCS. Everything else is pathetic. I don't know why they keep recruiting. Don't join TCS

      Cons

      Too much crowd, office politics, no salary increase, incompetent managers, it sucks in every way imaginable. Never evver join TCS.

      Opportunity to work in different technologies, good QA processes, diverse customer domains, geographies , Good training ground, Exposure to big customers.

      Cons

      Hectic work culture in some of the accounts . Again , it is up to you to handle the stress and pressure .
