Unfair policies and Low quality work

My strong advice to all techies - never ever join TCS. I have strong reasons :- 1) Salary reduction:- TCS may hire a senior techie at reasonably good salary. But they cheat by reducing his salary during the appraisal time. 2) No respect:- There is no respect for employees. A senior techie may report to his junior who is good for nothing. 3) Work environment:- TCS believes in hiring people with average IQ. The kind of work TCS does can be done by a simple graduate. So, you'll be surrounded with unsmart people with poor communication and below average technical skills. 4) Appraisal System - Better not to say about this. You may get good rating if you apply butter on your manager. But even then, hike could be minimal. If you are not boss's buddy, hell's door will be open for you. Poor rating & Salary reduction for sure. 5) Poor facility - Canteen is over-crowded, toilets are dirty, computers are old.
