Just the TATA brand and market value.
Cons
almost everything in the company sucks. Hygeine is always an issue,poor recuritment skills, specially at the managerial level..anyone in tcs can become a manager,even a man outside selling tea or paan. no respect for employees. Managers treat empoyees as their personal slaves and disrespect thrm. The operations team in some processes (nesco compound) create loop holes and play with the systems as per their requirments and make newolicies without any intimation and also hide the policies set by TATA.
