      Minimum or no workload Flexible Working Hours Advance Salary and Medical assists 2.5% discount on all Tata outlets on any merchandise

      Cons

      Not at all good for Programmers Red tape-ism, for small issues like open source software and system maintenance you have to wait a lot. Worst pay scale in industry, even though the net profit of company is increasing from last 8-9 quarters they don't pay a survival forget about handsome salary Screwed up performance evaluation system Resource management Group doesn't even have a management within, suitable candidates are either unallocated or in support projects and people from non CS background are deployed on core technology development projects.

      freshers can go onsite easily and can save money when they are young.it is really a good option for freshers

      Cons

      salary and promotions becomes satuarted after a period of time..and the variable component varies significantly based on your performance yearly.
