      1. Job Security 2. Knowledge sharing is fair enough 3. If you are with a good project we can get good appraisal 4. Definite onsite opportunity with in 3 years in TCS

      1. Job Satisfaction is poor 2. In case of big project having more associates then Rating and Banding goes for a toss 3. Most of them are getting affected because of improper and unknown and unexplainable band concept at every year

      Very flexible - good culture of sharing and growing. Wide variety of work is available and one can move around in the organization

      Cons

      Salaries in US are not upto the mark. Very difficult for senior members to stay at one place and work. Support for moving with families is low.
