Lots of opportunities available which are first given to internal persons. 8. Mostly great and encouraging collegues 9. Work is fragmented and easy.
Cons
1. You are put in any project without considering your knowledge, skills and aspirations, 2. Then the system will take those into considerations but of no use because 2.1 They can and will override system. 2.2 You will not get a release from the project unless you leave the job or the city. 2.3 So there is no way you can change the project. 3. Many technologies used are obsolete which ensures that you will ruin your career. Though there are client requirements so you are out of luck if you got stuck for a poor or careless client. 4. Too many things to divert attension from work like quality, security, feedback etc. and trust me they are over-done and consumes more then 30% of time. 5. Systems are way too slow, fast processor + bad antivirus+bulky software =unusable system. and permission is not given even to upgrade RAM. 6. Work gets too boaring soon. In short Experience Certainity for clients and Experience Uncertainity for Employees Trust me any big company like this can ruin your career aspirations if you are among the unlucky ones to stuck in the wrong projects.
