No Growth Opportunities Very Minimal Onsite Opportunity Biased Performance Appraisal Less Awards and Recognition Not Giving Right job to Right people( Mean to say Not Giving Development tasks to people interested in working for Development when they have the required skill sets) Not so good salary package Many people in Middle level management without proper knowledge related to work, bad Communication and management skills.(Just because of having experience people are promoted to the next level without proper assessment of their skills) No discussions are conducted before the Performance Appraisal. (But discussions should be done with the people as per the Company policy. After sharing the rating, discussions are done just for formality)

culture has become very opaque. Information never cascaded down to the employees. Appraisal system is completely broken. Pay structure was good but it has deteriorated badly now. Employees treated as just a pair of hands..
