Pros
TATA as a brand is trusted over the years and i feel proud being associated with it. In accordnace to TATA group policy TCS is quite reliable and tries to give ample oppurtunity for its employees to grow.Great working conditions and co workers are readily available for help (in some cases). I am with this organization for more than a year now, and what i observed is; its only the sheer brilliance of top management people and of course the bottom engineers vigour and passion to work, thats keeping this company afloat for so many years and helped in its growth.
Cons
Ideas never get implemented in a proper manner and in turn hampers the credibility of employees. There are ample oppurtunity to learn and grow, but quite poor in communicating them to end users. The money factor in TCS stands as a china wall preventing any invasion from talented and smart workforce.
