Pros
Lot of opportunities to find your niche. The company is so large that it is diversified across all technologies, geographies, & industries. With the right skills & initiative , you can find your area of interest. Support of a large team at onshore and offshore in most assignments, so you're not on your own.
Cons
After a certain level, limited growth in technology roles. Most senior employees venture into sales and management roles to grow in the organization. This is due to the fact that the model is based on cost saving through offshoring, and hence has a glass ceiling on what a technologist can be billed to the customer. So after a certain level, the billing does not justify the salary.
