Where to begin...hired me for one role but ended up doing something completely different. The job is not intellectually stimulating at all. Bonuses were delayed 2 months with no communication. Thankfully they actually paid them this year. Leadership is very dense, constantly belittling the offshore team in front of their peers, and overall have poor client management skills. Lastly, as an IT company they have HORRIBLE internal tech. Please do better.

1. Salary. My friends who joined in different companies are earning 5 to 20 times the minimum, i barely got 5k increment by being best rated in 4 years 2. Hierarchy. The managers and team leads can treat you and socially kill you and rag you but won't get any issues, because HR,RMG,Manager and all other people are at the same side. So no use even if you complain . Even anonymous complaint will get back tracked about who complained. I don't know how it still maintaining 'secure' company status, when there is always breaches happening about employee complaints without securing anonymity 3. Kill your skills and knowledge by making you repeated work without giving project release for 3-5 years. No use wherever you go 4. No transportation, but must come in clean formals without sweating. Especially in a city like Bangalore. Cheers my fellow workers for doing such dangerous stunts from past many years Finally... Zero growth through company, only personal growth
