Pros

No pros whatsoever - make sure you have everything in and email before you sign a contract with them. They will also try and move you to another contract to then get you on a TCS contract which are very basic. You won’t be protected if you change roles .

Cons

They don’t pay the market value They use you to transfer knowledge and then try and push you out They want to bring employees over from India so they can pay below the market value and then control them by using the visa as a leverage. They won’t pay for travel expenses They talk to women as they are inferior and expect obedience They don’t support work life balance -it’s a lie HR are awful and have no clue . No promotions They will try and force you to move location They will use business reasons to requirements to support their own agenda . Internal systems are a joke Laptops they provide are poor IT helpdesk is non existent
