it's sister concern of tata autocomp system ltd and it's a one of the leading company in wiring harness manufacturing company.

Cons

in this company more operators are working that's why managing their leaves and attendence throw system is quite problem related.

Taking a few initiatives to improve the processes therefore lot of opportunities for learning Number of business units so exposure possible in different roles

Cons

Compensation is a problem, graduates and post graduates are at same designation and earn similar salary Hands on approach by senior team instead of delegating how will the juniors step up to the challenge Work life balance is not there
