Great learning experience, Friendly administrative staff, Great insight into Multi-stakeholder management and Cross functional teams. If you want to vigorously polish yourself its a great place to start, they provide you a lot of room for errors.

Cons

Long Working hours, Borderline Employee Unbalance, Slight linguistic discrimination towards North Indians, Hierchy everywhere, Too much pressure and unexplained responsibilities on new recruits, No proper workflow management, Work food and refreshments.
