6yThank you for providing your feedback. We have seen explosive growth in the past year (we have added over 350 people in less than a year's time!) With that type of growth it is not unusual to see newer people helping out with the training. We do have a standard 'Time in Position' requirement of 1 year before you can transfer to another line of business. However, we have seen males and females who have been equally successful in doing so. It sounds like you are no longer with us - I wish you nothing but the best in the future and I hope you found a company that was a better fit for what you were looking for!
