Regarding the pay, Tek is a pay for performance business that rewards people based on their personal contributions. We offer our people across a number of technical business units the opportunity to earn a performance-related bonus for meeting quality and productivity targets. At the end of 2022, the bonus payment that could be earned by an individual was doubled. Alongside base pay, our total rewards package also includes other benefits including HMO, highly subsidized transportation and monthly beverage supply. Good, young and healthy environment. Respect and follow strictly labor law, no more but no less. Quite an impressive private insurance package (not the best in class but it's really good). Encourage learning and provide material to learn. Good direct managers and leaders, nice team mates. Often have many social activities to increase bonding and joyful moments.
Cons
Not so high salary package. No review yearly, you can only rely on promotion. Top managers often create more issues than support the work, and the people. Other benefits are minimum, almost nothing. Career roadmap sometimes is narrow and not many mid-level positions to move up.

At the end of 2022, we made a significant investment into our bonus plan to increase the amount of compensation that can be earned. This investment gives colleagues eligible for performance-related bonuses the ability to earn a larger bonus directly aligned to performance.
