Salary is low for what we do. We were always coping with changes that later on are no longer permitted. Management is only committed to processes and not the people since they always had deff ears to our pleadings. Computers are locked with call center wise policies and we were restricted with internet filters so it made it feel like a call center. Also direct management doesn't help at all and they are not clear with processes and support.

The communication is really poor between management and operations, sometimes the managers don't know anything about important matters. The Team Leads and Managers are people that don't know how to do their work, they don't have people skills, looks like the have the position because of the time in the company and not because of the good job. There is a lot of place for improvement in the company, they only need better management, communication and more chances for professional development. Tek have the potential to be a really god company.
