Good for starters in the IT field. It's a learning ground to greater heights
Cons
Salary might not be too attractive but fair for a starter. Increment of salary when you become tenured may not be encouraging but there are other compensations the company put in place to cushion that effect. But make sure you learn, work, collaborate with colleagues (very important) and move on! You will be fine at last!
Have had great assistance and support working this line of work, managers are helpful and there when you need them.
Cons
Disregards your requests when asked for more time since was not given the two week notice that is supposedly given before any change is made to your schedule,

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. As we are committed to meeting the needs of our clients, there will be some times when we ask employees to be flexible with their schedules. Our standard approach is to give a minimum of a 2 week notice on changes, but it’s never a guarantee. During the interview process you will be asked about your ability to flex your schedule when needed – and if you indicate that you are not flexible then we will not continue with the interview, because we know that this is always a possibility. We are as transparent about this as we can be, and we agree if you’re someone who can not flex your schedule when the client’s needs change this job will not be a good fit for you.
