      Pros

      So much to learn. You get to work with persons from different parts of the world. You become skilled in a relatively short time.

      Cons

      Salary is low. High volume of issues to resolve per day and this gives alot of mental stress.

      Pros

      At least in the Costa Rica site, they are very flexible with the schedules and don't ask you to be always on time., you can do whatever you want with your time as long as you do your work. There are a lot of growth opportunities

      Cons

      Maybe the salary isn't that great taking in consideration is cloud (cloud is known for being well paid) No work from home and the "safe zone" policy where you cannot have your cellphone with you.
