-Internal support hierarchy is EXTREMELY flawed -Training does not fully prepare you for live cases -Upper management like to have "town halls" where they ask for feedback, but then get defensive, talk in circles or even flat out ignore employee requests. Suspiciously this coincided with the opening of the Indianapolis location, as well as, *rumors*, that the company was having financial issues
