Not much restrictions on employers on certain tasks like timings,salaries........Feel free to work.

Cons

No Strict Policies which can help employers to take rest after company timings,weekends.For these reasons i never felt it's like a MNC.

Great company for a fresher, lot to learn and good exposure. The company give good opportunities if you are interested in learning new technologies. Constant workshops on management and technology.

Cons

Work can be tiring many times. Its some times difficult to maintain work life balance. Some times timings can be a bit painful here.
