Cons

Extremely poor communication after selection .College informed me that I was selected, but no offer letter or official update from the company .Follow-ups received no response even after many months .Long waiting period (17+ months) creates stress and uncertainty for candidates. Lack of transparency in hiring and onboarding process

Don't opt for projects try to get onto bench as much as possible and try for other companies because tech m has almost 95% support project which are bad in my opinion.
