      Not many pros, if you get to work as a developer then it's not that bad

      As a fresher you have no control over your career path, they will throw you into any technology regardless of your talents or interests. I am seeing many talented developers get stuck with stupid monitoring and support roles. Nobody will listen to you, no matter how good you are or how much you try to convince them. I am from a machine learning background and have a great resume for a fresher, but I have been given a monitoring (support) role and I have no choice but to do it. I tried my best to get out of this project, but they indirectly threatened me, saying “either continue this role or leave the organization”. If you're a fresher and have aspirations, in some particular tech stack then please don't come to tech m
