Great if you know how to grab that bag of opportunities. As an organization with not so well-defined hierarchical structure it comes as a boon for many. You get a considerable degree of freedom to do your bit that will benefit the project and by extension the organization. And when you grab that opportunity it's quite challenging but also a lot of fun.
