1. For Non CS graduates, it's a good start to experience how service based software industry work 2. You can get good project, if you can really work smart in showcasing your technical skills 3. You can find a project in almost any technology
Cons
1. Don't expect salary hike.. 2. If you get placed in a team that's working on outdated technology, you got to wait for 18 months to change the project and that too provided you can get other project on your own by contacting other project managers 3. Work culture can still be improved in par to other service based companies like Infosys, TCS,Wipro
