Good peer environment,good manager(atleast for me),dynamic work environment(If u like shifts),you will be able to put all ur potential in the projects(if u are into one).

Cons

People lack professionalism especially some of HRs(personal experience), lack of learning opportunities and yeah high paycuts low in hand salary, not employee frndly mngmnt( mostly middle level mngmnt they dont giv a damn abt u).

They dont care what you are good at, all they care about is business Even if you are highly talented in programming and requirement for support opens up you will be put into that and your plea for a good project will fall on deaf ears Poor compensation compared to other MNCs
