Work environment is adorable and IMS training is one of the best things. Educational website allocates slots and encourages employees to learn desired technology.

Cons

Techmahindra is loosing projects from customer, there are are no projects to place people. So, there are giving most annoying reasons and terminating people. HR team is even threatening people to resign.
