You can change to different domain within the company after 18 months completion in one project (if you have contacts) Strictly No Formals :) Have good sports , arts facilities and teams. you will enjoy if you are that kind. If you are a fresher ; you will be getting a good 3 to 5 months of your life in Training sessions.Good learning opportunities and will get many contacts. Good collegues ; Can get good financial benefits if you are experienced candidate.
Cons
Internal politics (State Wise) is present. Dont know about all projects ; In few its there. If you are Diploma or Degree student ; I would like to tell that 3 years it will take you to grow financially within the organization. Onsite opportunities and all are minimal now a days.
