Pros

Started as a fresher and was lucky to get an excellent group, seniors and support staff. Was promoted quickly, encouraged and supported early in my career.

Cons

A lot of things have changed in the last 3 years, HR policies have become very harsh, salaries and appraisal cycles are very disappointing and overall the company seems to be losing good people.

I could see people managing to stay on bench more than 3 months which cant be the situation in other companies..Not sure how it is...

Cons

They hav only 2 accounts for mainframe. You may have to stay long on bench and quit the company if you fought inside these accounts...in chennai Difficult to get onsite Worst company policy Their policy.for senior professionals will be like.......No hike...No respect....just do work if u want to stay in company

Tech M really gives you a lot of opportunities if you have ability and dedication to follow through work/life balance.

Cons

HR professionals who are totally incompetent and even worst policies. In a year, policies will change 10 times. Sal hikes are worst.
