      Good project tenure, Even loosing projects can run 1+ year No deduction on the name of variable pay. Located offices in all prominent locations Very good and reputed brand Work life balance

      Cons

      Some manager are liers ,they can trap u in wrong profile by luring onsite opportunity and then put every thing on u that to convince client or create dependency, use ur intelligence before joining and crack good deal
