Pros
Less pressure. Lot of testing projects which is good for female employees.
Cons
No hikes. Changing project is not possible or you have to fight with management team. If you are strong technical person and asking for hike then they will give 3 months onsite maximum, But some project itself has onsite opportunities ( Very less). Incase of working on weekend, food bill claim is big problem.
