Cons

Company not even able to offer good infrastructure & facilities to employee. you will not even expect pure water from company. No good appraisal system, no goals. Strict towards 9.5 hr working policy even you don't have work. Company will fire anytime on basis of sapience record(Online work time calculator system) . People on managerial level are not capable to handle team. under them.
