Great Learning Atmosphere, Positive Environment for absorption of skills and overall nourishment Awesome Team , Work environment , Health Club and related infrastructure , Great support provided by managers and the hierarchy

Cons

Close to Zero Work life balance Due to Rotational Shift Office hours Work in night shifts caused instability in my health which has lead to problems Dissatisfaction with Salary and appraisal as per current market conditions.
