      The fun games introduced by the JOSH team. They come up with creative games during monsoons and summers.

      Cons

      Pathetic work hours. Failed HR policies Poor Employee satisfaction. Resources are not given released, if asked then forced to resign Poor pay package. Low quality of work

      pathetic management, no salary increments, if you have strong personal relationships with manager, you are the king of tech mahindra. Can change their policy anytime (ofcourse for the bad of employees & profit of the company).
