      No PROS...!! can't think of anything +ve here.

      Cons

      it starts from cab facility to food to Office Politics (The main culprit). Everything is a mess there. it's like.. as if you are attending a school rather than going to office. No respect for people with talent, for their hard work. if you are ready to run around the senior employees with a bucket to catch the biscuits that they throw at you like a DOG, then only you'll survive there and such kinda people only get nice opportunities.! but what's the use, if you don't get to learn anything. HR's are the worst. No good hikes in salary at all.. i would never ever ever EVER EVER suggest this company to anybody.

      If you have passion towards the development of telecom domian this company is the best place to excel.Good work enviroment.Very adhesive towards their policies.

      Huge pressure from managers,no moral support from the collegues and Limited timings and Makes employees workoholic.Less pay more work.
