      -Beware they DO NOT PAY THE VARIABLE (15-30% of salary) when you put down your papers and do not say this in the offer letter. -Abrasive, ghetto culture right from the top to middle management. -No respect for individual, family life -irrational work demands. This is across the company, irrespective of which department you join. So don't think this is one off with one manager in one dept.
