      It might be good for freshers ..as it has near-to college kind of environment. Good work-life balance, if you get a good project.

      Cons

      - No "Service Culture" within the organization, though focused on "IT Service Industry". - Poor policies/processes. No "employee-caring" culture exists. - No growth. - Poor career plans for laterals or rather anybody. - Poor compensation and appraisal techniques.
