      Pros

      Good opportunities to interact with clients and get a lot of responsibility in your early years of career.

      Cons

      The responsibilities might get a bit too much. And software quality is given less importance but speed of delivering software deliverables is prioritized. Lots of bad software engineering practices. Peer knowledge was limited.

      Good launchpad, some good, long, secure projects to work with.

      Cons

      Low salary, lot of departmental politics. If you are in techm, you are either working for BT or very lucky!!
