Work culture is quite open and accessibility to accessibility to executive management is quite good. Company is very driven and aggressive in its long term plans. The telecom focus it brings is fantastic for somebody who wants to grow in this field.

Cons

Burgeoning senior management (AVPs, VPs etc.) is making the company unnecessarily top heavy.
