Domain focus on telecom. Long term relationship with large clients. Good growth expected after stabilisation of Satyam deal. Stable senior leadership

Cons

Margin pressure leading to stagnation in employee benefits. Growth skewed towards Pune Center. Middle management very average.

Cons

Slow growth. Have to wait for a long time to get a good hike/onsite opportunities. Lots of politics being play at lower and upper management. Poor work culture.
